Location
The land is located in Western North Carolina near the South Carolina and Georgia borders. This area of the United States is an outdoor lover’s paradise. Here is the approximate Latitude/Longitude.

Our Story
We bought this property back in 2005 with every intention of building our dream home and living the rest of our lives in the Asheville NC area. Well, it didn’t work out that way. After we retired from the United States Marine Corps in 2010, we decided to move to Portland, OR instead. We’re still living out our outdoor dreams — just in a different location. We still carry fond memories of our times in the mountains of Western North Carolina.
Features
These beautiful acres are only 5 miles from the access trails for Hooker Falls, High Falls, and Triple Falls in Dupont State Forest. The property is less than 10 miles to downtown Brevard and 13 miles to downtown Hendersonville.

- Small year round spring on property which can likely be improved to make an attractive sitting/picnic area
